Proposals for a new development of 30, one and two bedroom apartments, including three terraced penthouses on a site between Mill Road and Fox Street, Gillingham. This is a 2 phase development, the first of which was granted planning permission in 2003, and with the second stage having been accepted in 04, we hope this will now begin construction in 2006. |
