Situated to the rear of Faraday House, in the High Street of Rochester City's conservation area, Faraday Court provides an executive range of town houses, one, two and three bedroom apartments; totalling 31 new units.

The entire scheme has been sympathetically designed in a Georgian style to complement the buildings surrounding the development, many of which are of special historic interest. Panelled doors and windows, carefully selected bricks and tiles with specialist soft landscaping have been used to set these buildings off from their surroundings. All properties have a private gated entrance and allocated parking.
